Inspiration
As a student who study aboard, taking long flights through different time zones has already become a part of my life. However, whenever I take a long flight, I have to spend several days overcoming jet lag. Jet lag can result from traveling across time zones in a short period. When people experience jet lag, their circadian rhythm is disrupted. As a result, people's sleep time and meal time are also disrupted. They feel more hungry at certain times and less hungry at other times. As a person who is always troubled by jet lag, I want to relieve jet lag-related hunger through my design.

Branding
A series of visual identities is designed for a brand called Lady Lag. Lady Lag is a chain of cafeterias located at airports around the world. These cafeterias help people who are experiencing jet lag to adapt to a new time zone quickly and adjust their circadian rhythm by providing them with well-balanced food. Their target audience is those who often have to travel long distances due to study and work.
Package Design
Wolf berry & Ginger & Cumin
Snacking on wolf berries before going to sleep can enhance the quality of sleep; Ginger is a good source of melatonin, helping people to adjust to a new time zone, calm the stomach, stimulate gastric motility, and mitigate nausea; Cumin has calming properties and can be used as a tranquilizer, effectively inducing sleep.
UI Design
A mobile app called Lady Lag is designed to provide people with a convenient way to order food. The cafeteria is located in the airport, so people can enjoy nutritious food after getting off the plane. However, Lady Lag also offers delivery and takeaway services. In just a few steps, people can order food on their phones.
